ASEAN Intellectual Property Experts Directory

ASEAN has made available the ASEAN Intellectual Property Experts Directory, a regional reference tool that consolidates a pool of intellectual property experts from all ASEAN Member States. The Directory covers a broad range of IP fields, including trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright and related rights, geographical indications (GIs), IP enforcement, dispute resolution, IP valuation, technology transfer, and emerging IP issues.

Developed through close collaboration among ASEAN Member States, with Brunei Darussalam and the Philippines as Co-Country Champions, the Directory is intended to support judicial authorities, IP offices, practitioners, businesses, and other stakeholders by facilitating access to relevant expertise across the region.
